Scammers from the Cex exchange

Hi all!
My name is Alena. I am a crypto trader
I faced some problem at exchange сех.io
I’d like to ask you to help me out. Maybe some of you guys faced this fraud too? Unfortunately the support doesn’t reply to me.
I asked my friend to text them anything from his account and he received a reply immediately. So they are deliberately ignoring my messages.

My account in Cex was blocked 10/8/22
I have 10000 $ dollars on my account.
I am Ukrainian and this sum of money is pretty crucial for me and my family. Long story short they did steal my money.

I use high frequency trading strategies and I have been trading quite a lot at Seh until 10/8/2022 when my account was suddenly blocked with no reason

I am a real person, not a criminal. I have passes KYC and I have never been informed of any upcoming restrictions.

It has already been 3 months since my account was blocked. However there is no progress. I am still waiting without any access to my account and my money which according to the law are supposed to be my private property.

Perhaps any of you guys faced the same?
I am currently staying in Canada due to the war in my country. Can I go to the police here? Will they accept my application? Or there is another institution where I have to contact?
